Women Business Support Program (WBSP)
This product targets women owned small businesses. It was introduced into EDG based on studies, which show that there are a number of barriers to entry for women to the mainstream financial services. With the understanding, that this segment of society may not have enough collateral to support their loan applications and the loan requests, and in most cases, are too low for banks to consider, EDG requires no collateral for Women owned businesses requesting loans up to $2,500.
