After a loan is disbursed, EDG continues helping clients by providing the required Technical Assistance to resolve problems encountered during business operation and help the sustain and improve their businesses.

EDG conducts various business trainings, both in group and one-on-one settings. The financial acumen training helps small businesses to understand their business and the recipes for success in their area of business. Topics include Small business ideas, writing Business Plan, Licensing Process, Basic Marketing and Customer service, Basic Bookkeeping, Building Credit, Identity Theft Protection, Building Personal Wealth and Financial wellness.

EDG has its own media center to provide information and training on business-related topics and financial literacy in various languages including Amharic, Spanish, Tigrigna, English and Dari (Afghan).
